Application description

Remote video surveillance system has been widely used in the smart grid monitoring system. The system carries out remote real-time monitoring and management of the power grid  by collecting remote video data and dynamic environment data from transmission lines, towers in transmission lines, transmission substations.

Solution

4G wireless routers are deployed at each monitoring points.Then the video data and the power & environment data in the monitoring points (infrared and sound-light alarm, power data, temperature and humidity data etc.) are linked to the 4G wireless routers.Thus, the data are transmitted to the power monitoring center via 4G link, realizing the remote monitoring management.
